The endorsement decisions were based on a number of factors, including the candidates' qualifications, experience, leadership ability and responses to a survey sent annually to D.C. Bar candidates, as well as the personal presentations made by some of the candidates at a recent forum with the Board. Ballots and instructions for voting, by mail or online, will be distributed to all eligible voters on May 2. D.C Bar Association members have until June 3 to vote.
